Cancellations and Order Adjustments

Digital Products
Since digital products are delivered instantly, cancellations and refunds are not possible once the order is processed. If your digital product doesn't match what was described, please reach out, and we'll ensure you're taken care of.
Pre-sale and Special Items
Items purchased during a pre-sale cannot be canceled once the pre-sale ends and production begins. Custom products, including face masks, are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons. If there’s an issue with these items, contact us, and we’ll assist you.
Fulfillment Commitment
We strive to ship all orders within 10 business days of your purchase. If we miss this window, we’ll refund your shipping costs. Please note, this guarantee only applies to the production time and does not include shipping transit times.
